Delegate Conference Registration Rates

VAT at 22 % is included in all fees.

*IFMBE members and members of national societies have to provide a proof of membership in order to be eligible for the members’ fee during registration.

**Students have to provide proof of their status from their respective universities during registration.

***Dinner is a surcharge only for the one-day fee since it is not included in the fee. For all regular full registrations, dinner is included in the fee.

What's included?

Registration fee includes: congress kit, working lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and conference dinner.

Student fee includes: congress kit, working lunches, welcome reception, coffee breaks, and conference dinner.

Accompanying person fee includes: welcome reception, conference dinner, badge, whole-day trip.

Additional Abstracts/Papers

Two papers per delegate are included in the delegate registration. Third and any consecutive paper are charged at the rate specified below.

Cancellation Policy

If in case of force majeure if the conference needs to be cancelled; we will refund 80 % of the paid registration fee.
In case of cancellation by the participant, 80 % of the paid registration fee is returned if cancelled by 8 May, 2024. After this date, a refund is possible on a case-to-case basis.
The conference programme may be subject to change.
Registrations remain valid if the event has to be postponed.
